Dan brings over 25 years of leadership to The Table Group, with a demonstrated history of coaching professional and college sports teams, keynote speaking, fundraising, and providing organizational health consultancy to executive teams.
Dan currently works with the Cincinnati Reds and other leadership teams from many industries, including venture capital, biotech, finance, apparel, construction, retail, insurance and college sports. Dan's passion is to focus on cultural and executive leadership development at both the organizational and individual levels, especially in the area of healthy conflict, trust, and servant leadership.
Dan emphasizes a process-driven and personalized approach, and is known for transferring his passion, focus and discipline to the teams that he works with.
Dan has a degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego and holds Master Facilitator Certifications with The Working Genius, Myers Briggs Foundation (MBTI), Hogan Assessments, and the LVI 360 Leadership Development Program.
Prior to founding The TEN90 Coaching Group, and during a 20-year college baseball head coaching career, Dan was recognized 11 times as a collegiate conference and regional Coach of the Year, including two National Coach of the Year awards.
Dan then founded TEN90 Coaching Group in 2017, where he focused on Organizational Health and Cultural and Leadership Development with corporate executive leadership teams and their organizations, along with the San Francisco Giants and the Cincinnati Reds, before becoming a Principal Consultant at The Table Group.
Dan lives in Pleasanton, California with his wife, Nicole, and two children, Allie and Adam.
